1. Service Description

Video Subtitle Remover provides automated cloud-based features designed for content creators, publishers, and marketers that allow users to:

• Upload video clips and erase hardcoded subtitle lines using AI OCR tracking;
• Remove logo tags, watermarks, and on-screen graphics via pixel inpainting;
• Filter and target timeline intervals to selectively process video segments.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the video content you upload and process using the Service.
• You must ensure you have the legal right or copyright authorization to modify and erase text from the video content you upload.
• You may not use the Service to violate patents, copyright licenses, or other intellectual property protections.
• You may not use the Service for abusive, harmful, or illegal activities.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, analyze, share, or process any video content that:

• Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• Contains pornography, sexually explicit visuals, or child exploitation;
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or harassment;
• Contains malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt operations;
• Promotes illegal goods, weapons, narcotics, or unlicensed activities.

4. Storage and Data Retention

Video Subtitle Remover retains your uploaded videos and output versions in temporary cache folders to support seamless downloads. We reserve the right to flush these files from our cloud storage after a reasonable period (typically 24 hours for trials and 7 days for Pro users). It is your responsibility to download your processed videos promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in your original videos remain with you or the original rights owners. We claim no ownership over uploaded files.
• You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, resize, and modify your video files solely for the purpose of executing the text erasure request.

6. Fair Use and Limitations

• Our web interface is intended for standard user interactions. Automated scraping, bulk automated uploads via unauthorized bot scripts, or exploiting our servers is strictly forbidden.
• We may enforce rate limits on upload sizing, concurrently running tasks, and API query intervals to maintain platform stability.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect the information necessary to perform calculations, log billing, and maintain account safety. We do not sell user data. Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed data mapping.

8. DMCA & Copyright Policy (United States)

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe that content hosted or processed through our systems infringes your copyrights, you may send a take-down notification to our designated agent containing:

1. Your contact info (name, address, email, and telephone);
2. Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the location of the file within our system;
4. A statement of good faith belief;
5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the report is accurate and you hold the copyright;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

9. General Copyright Policy (Non-U.S. Regions)

For users and rights holders outside the United States, we maintain similar take-down procedures. If you detect intellectual property rights violations, please submit a detailed complaint with ownership proof to vhoto.ai@gmail.com.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and AI output results are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the inpainting pixel reconstruction will match the original background scenery perfectly, or that output frames will be completely free of visual artifacts. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiamen Youyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of your utilization of our video processing scripts.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and platform access immediately if you violate these Terms or if your usage is deemed high-risk to the stability of our servers.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publishing to this webpage.
